Stress stopper

Martha Tillman, director of the South 40 Fitness Center, demonstrates an exercise for participants at the Human Resources Wellness Connection Event “Exercising to Relieve Stress” March 18 in Mallinckrodt Student Center. The event, part of the Brown Bag Seminar Series, showed attending staff and faculty members a variety of exercises that can be performed in 2-5 minutes while sitting or standing at their desk to help alleviate everyday stresses.
