The new, four-story 53,500-square-foot building will house freshmen in double, semi-suite rooms with 170 beds. Its steeply sloped roof, brick facade and residential-style windows similar to an upscale apartment community will blend seamlessly with the current residence buildings on the South 40. The new building will be ready for the fall 2004 semester.
