Beginning Dec. 1, Kingshighway Boulevard traffic will shift to the newly built bridge deck over Highway I-64/40. The shift will set the stage for demolition of the old Kingshighway bridge over the next two weekends. While traffic will continue to flow during the transition, employees may consider alternative routes including:
• Metrolink Central West End station
• From the south, Taylor, Newstead, Boyle and Tower Grove overpasses to the east
• From the south, Hampton and McCausland/Skinker to the west
• From the west or east, Forest Park Parkway and Delmar Avenue.
