Why can’t class be like this every day?

While the Giants and Patriots battled to win Super Bowl XLII, about 100 students, faculty and staff gathered at the Knight Center for a different competition: Super Advertising Bowl VIII. The Olin Business School’s annual event included presentations from area advertising agencies before the game. During the game, students including Ling-Ling Ting, MBA ’09, judged the commercials for their effectiveness and entertainment value. This year’s winner was the Tide stain stick ad that featured a talking stain on a young man’s shirt. The event also included a raffle with the proceeds going to the Humane Society of Missouri.
