A memorial service will be held Nov. 2 for Richard D. Todd, Ph.D., M.D., the Blanche F. Ittleson Professor of Psychiatry and director of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the School of Medicine, who died Aug. 22.
The service will be held at the Farrell Learning and Teaching Center in Connor Auditorium from 2-5 p.m. with a reception immediately following.
Todd was an internationally known expert on the influences of genetics and environment on psychiatric illness in children, addressing such disorders as attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism-spectrum disorder and affective disorders in childhood.
