Ralph G. Dacey Jr., M.D., the Henry G. and Edith R. Schwartz Professor and chair of neurological surgery, has been named president of the American Academy of Neurological Surgery, a national organization for the leaders of academic and hospital neurological surgery departments. His tenure as president continues until November 2009. In addition, Dacey was named to a three-year term as chairman of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education Residency Review Committee for neurological surgery. …
