David G. Mutch, M.D., the Ira C. and Judith Gall Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology, has been elected president of the Society of Gyne-cologic Oncologists.
He was elected at the organization’s annual meeting last month in San Antonio.
The Society of Gynecologic Oncologists is a national medical specialty organization of physicians who are trained in the comprehensive management of women with malignancies of the reproductive tract.
