StoryCorps visited the Siteman Cancer Center at the Medical Center April 17-21 to record parents and children recalling how the parent communicated a cancer diagnosis to his or her children. StoryCorps intends to use these recordings to identify best practices for parents who are in a similar situation. StoryCorps also visited the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital April 24-27 and will visit the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital April 30-May 3.
