The following incidents were reported to University Police June 10-July 14. Readers with information that could assist in investigating these incidents are urged to call 935-5555. This information is provided as a public service to promote safety awareness and is available on the University Police Web site at police.wustl.edu.

June 12

10:45 a.m. — Three vehicles were broken into while parked on the lot next to Whitaker Hall.

12:29 p.m. — A photograph was missing from a Simon Hall hallway.

June 16

3:03 p.m. — A student reported a laptop was missing after it was left unattended in a practice room in the Music Classrooms Building.

June 26

4:02 p.m. — A wallet was reported stolen after it was left unattended in a locked room in Cupples II Hall.

July 7

5:13 p.m. — A person reported that a laptop had been stolen while it was left unattended at Olin Library.

July 13

12:32 p.m. — People reported turning over their personal IDs to a subject unknown to them after responding to an ad on Craigslist.

July 14

1:06 p.m. — A person reported that a laptop had been stolen while it was left overnight in the library in Anheuser-Busch Hall.

Additionally, University police responded to four automobile accidents, three parking violations, three reports of trespassing, one accidental injury, one fraud, one investigation, one lost article, one recovered stolen automobile, one report of harassment, one report of property damage, one report of shoplifting, one report of tampering, one spill, one vehicle leaving the scene of an accident and one warrant arrest.
