Medical school marks Martin Luther King Jr. day with renowned speaker

Johnnetta Cole, Ph.D., director of the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art, speaks to a crowd of more than 230 guests at the School of Medicine’s Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Lecture Jan. 18. Cole is regarded as one of the most powerful and well-regarded African-American women in the nation.
