The American College of Bankruptcy and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law will present a lecture by James H.M. Sprayregen, JD, one of the nation’s top restructuring attorneys, at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, in the Bryan Cave Moot Courtroom of Anheuser-Busch Hall.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
Sprayregen, a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, has led some of the most complex Chapter 11 filings in recent history. He has extensive experience representing major U.S. and international companies in and out of court as well as buyers and sellers of assets in distressed situations.
A reception in the Crowder Courtyard will follow the lecture.
