Many Danforth Campus students, faculty and staff are gone for the summer, but WUSTL Dining Services is keeping notable locations open to serve those remaining on campus.

During Dining Services’ early-summer schedule (May 21-June 11), DeliciOSO, Trattoria Verde and Cafe Bergson at the Danforth University Center and Subway at Mallinckrodt Center will be open, but hours at each location vary. The early-summer dining schedule can be found at diningservices.wustl.edu.

During the regular summer schedule (June 12-Aug. 21), four stations at the DUC Servery — 1853 Diner, DeliciOSO, Trattoria Verde and Wash U Wok — will remain open during summer weekdays for lunch (11 a.m.-2 p.m.).

DeliciOSO will offer a hot breakfast on weekdays (8-10:30 a.m.), and DeliciOSO and Trattoria Verde will remain open for dinner during weekday evenings until 7 p.m.

DeliciOSO and Trattoria Verde also will be open on weekends for lunch and dinner (11 a.m.-7 p.m.).

On Fridays in the summer beginning June 17, WUSTL Dining Services will offer a barbecue at the DUC from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the Edison Family Courtyard, weather permitting.

Cafe Bergson in the DUC also will remain open over the summer on weekdays from 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Also open weekdays will be the Subway in the Mallinckrodt Center, from 7 a.m.-5 p.m.

Notable dining locations closed until the fall semester are Ibby’s, Whisper’s Cafe, Holmes Lounge, Steinberg Cafe, Stanley’s in Lopata Gallery, and all stations located in The Village and South 40 residential areas.

Einstein Bros. Bagels summer hours

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Simon Hall will be open weekdays for breakfast and lunch, from 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
