Crews was chief financial officer and senior account director at Paradowski Creative Agency in St. Louis prior to joining Olin. At Paradowski, her client roster included Anheuser-Busch InBev, St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission, Solae and The Sheldon Concert Hall.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Olin in 1990 and a master’s of business administration degree from Saint Louis University in 1996.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to come back to Olin to work for what has become a truly world-class business school,” Crews says. “I’m happy to have an excellent staff already in place in the marketing and communications office. I look forward to working closely with our faculty and staff members to promote Olin’s many programs and initiatives.”

Previously, Crews served as director of marketing and business development for Anheuser-Busch Recycling, where she planned and executed a $4 million annual marketing budget and led the development of the company’s marketing strategy plan.

Mahendra Gupta, PhD, dean and the Geraldine J. and Robert L. Virgil Professor of Accounting and Management at Olin, welcomes Crews’ appointment.

“Paula is a driven, passionate person,” he says. “We are very proud to have her expertise and leadership in our marketing and communications department.”

From 2006-08, Crews was an account executive with Rio Creative Agency in St. Louis, where she managed marketing relationships with Anheuser-Busch InBev and SeaWorld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund.
