Vive l’ Afrique!

Gingerbread Brookings Junior Carol Nnabuife (above left) and freshman Eiftu Haile, both in Arts & Sciences, dance during “A Taste of Africa,” a Feb. 27 kick-off event for Africa Week. The free event featured samples of food from all across Africa, as well as the Diaspora. Africa Week offered activities ranging from fashion and comedy shows to an in-depth roundtable discussion on identity.
