Sophomores Courtney Kim, left, and Emily Attubato “rented” goldenretriever Faith during the Chi Omega sorority fundraiser Oct. 2 for theMake-A-Wish Foundation. For $5, people could rent a pooch for 15 minutes near the Women’s Building. More than 100 people rented the eight pets volunteered by faculty and staff. The five-hour event raised $570, says Chi Omega’s philanthropy chair Rachel Gershon. Make-A-Wish is the sorority’s nationally designated charity.
