The Community Service Office wants to know who you think exemplifies a character of service and contribution to the St. Louis region.
The Gerry and Bob Virgil Ethic of Service Award typically recognizes five to seven members of the Washington University in St. Louis community each year who exude passion of service in the St. Louis community and inspire compassion and action in others.
Any member of the WUSTL community, past or current, who resides in and serves the St. Louis community is eligible. This includes university students, faculty, staff, alumni, retirees and volunteers.
Anyone is welcome to submit nominations, which are due by 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7. To submit your nomination or learn more about the award, visit www.ethicofservice.wustl.edu.
