Max Forrester, a doctoral candidate in the Department of History in Arts & Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis, has received a research travel grant from the Cushwa Center for the Study of American Catholicism at the University of Notre Dame. This grant will support Forrester’s dissertation on religious and political practice in the borderlands of the North American West.
