Question: What happens to the leftover cooking oil from the university’s dining locations?
Answer: In partnership with Kelley Green Biofuel, founded by Arts & Sciences alum Kristopher Kelley, Washington University converts waste cooking oil to biodiesel, which in turn runs a dining truck on the Danforth Campus.
