Chancellor Mark S. Wrighton encourages others to support students through Our Washington, the faculty and staff component of Leading Together: The Campaign for Washington University.

By making gifts and commitments, colleagues across Washington University in St. Louis enhance their already valuable impact on the programs that mean the most to them. Such philanthropy provides critical resources such as new scholarships; facilities that advance learning and support research; and resources that support academic and scientific initiatives.

“Faculty and staff giving also demonstrates to alumni, parents, and funding organizations that the university has strong support from within. This is a significant consideration for many who are considering making a gift,” Wrighton wrote in a letter to faculty and staff members.

Employees may donate through monthly payroll deduction, online or by mail. Multiyear pledges are encouraged. Bequests and planned gifts also count toward Our Washington. For a full list of giving options, visit the Our Washington websiteFaculty and staff will receive a limited-edition set of four Washington University coasters in a decorative aluminum tin.
