Washington University physicians will no longer prescribe puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones to minors for purposes of gender transition. Patients who are currently receiving this care through the Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital will be referred to other providers for these services.

Olin-Chancellor’s Fellowship to expand opportunities for diverse, talented graduate students
The newly formed Ann W. and Spencer T. Olin-Chancellor’s Fellowship will merge two long-standing programs — the Spencer T. and Ann W. Jessie Minton, vice provost and chief information officer at the University of Oregon, has been appointed vice chancellor for technology and chief information officer at Washington University in St. Louis, effective April 15, according to Shantay Bolton, executive vice chancellor and chief administrative officer.
Glenn to retire as chief of Washington University Police Department
Mark Glenn, chief of the Washington University Police Department (WUPD), will retire from the university and leave his position on Nov. 8, according to Shantay Bolton, executive vice chancellor for administration and chief administrative officer.
