Parts of Duncan Avenue closed March 3 to May 5
Duncan Avenue is scheduled to be closed in segments March 3 to May 5 for sewer work. The closures will begin west of Sarah Street, just east of the @4240 building.
‘Topping out’ ceremony held for The Lofts of Washington University
A “topping out” ceremony was held Jan. 16 marking the final steel panel being raised and put into place on The Lofts of Washington University, WUSTL’s $80 million retail and student apartment complex under construction in the Delmar Loop. Construction of the first phase of the project is on target to be completed in July, with students and retailers moving in this August.

Campus Circulator rerouted this summer due to construction
Due to the closure of Forsyth Boulevard and Throop Drive this summer for construction, the WUSTL Campus Circulator will follow a revised route on the Danforth Campus beginning Tuesday, May 22.

The summer months can be quiet at Washington University, but construction crews are hard at work throughout the Danforth and Medical campuses renovating and building to create new and better places to work, study, teach and live.
Umrath Hall to close June 20 for renovations
Umrath Hall will close June 20 for a complete renovation of the interior of the building and a new roof and roofing structure. It is scheduled to reopen in June 2012.
