Younan Xia, Ph.D., the James M. McKelvey Professor of Biomedical Engineering, has been ranked as one of the top 10 chemists in the world by The Times Higher Education, a magazine based in London.
The Financial Times has, for the first time, ranked the Executive M.B.A. program, a joint venture between the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and Shanghai-based Fudan University’s School of Management.
The Olin School of Business’ non-degree executive education programs ranked tops globally in a survey conducted by the Economist Intelligence Unit, a branch of The Economist Group which also publishes the Economist magazine. Olin’s open programs tied for second place internationally (first-place tie nationally) and its customized programs tied for first place among similar programs worldwide.
Washington University in St. Louis – consistently ranked among America’s 20 best national universities – is now ranked in the top 10. The university is tied with Dartmouth College for ninth place in undergraduate programs among the nation’s best national universities, according to U.S. News & World Report magazine. It is the highest-ranked national university in the Midwest.
