The Lofts of Washington University welcomes new tenant​​

Endless Electronics, a locally owned computer, tablet and smartphone repair business, has moved into the final retail space at The Lofts of Washington University on the Delmar Loop, an $80 million residential and retail project. The business opens to the public Feb. 14 and joins retail tenants United Provisions, a full-service grocery store, and Peacock Loop Diner.

‘Topping out’ ceremony held for The Lofts of Washington University​

A “topping out” ceremony was held Jan. 16 marking the final steel panel being raised and put into place on The Lofts of Washington University, WUSTL’s $80 million retail and student apartment complex under construction in the Delmar Loop. Construction of the first phase of the project is on target to be completed in July, with students and retailers moving in this August.

Joe Edwards to open 24-hour diner in Washington University’s Loop development

Joe Edwards, owner of such Delmar Loop attractions as Blueberry Hill and The Pageant, announced today plans to open the Peacock Loop Diner, a new 24-hour restaurant, in Washington University’s Loop development. The restaurant will be located at 6261 Delmar Blvd. near Eastgate Avenue and is slated to open in August 2014.
