Who Knew WashU?

Bill Clinton, George Bush and Ross Perot at a debate at Washington UniversityQuestion: Before this year, how many times has Washington University prepared for hosting a presidential debate?
Answer: C) The university prepared to host a debate for the first time in 1992, between Bill Clinton, George Bush and Ross Perot (pictured), and again in 1996, 2000 and 2004. The 1996 debate was canceled, and we also hosted a vice presidential debate in 2008.
Congrats to this week’s winner, Brittni Jones, who works in Arts & Sciences and will receive an “I Knew WashU” luggage tag!
