‘Behind the Sheet’ panel tonight

Hedwig Lee, co-director of the Center for the Study of Race, Ethnicity & Equity, will moderate a panel discussion at 6 p.m. tonight in the Women’s Building Formal Lounge on themes presented in The Black Rep’s “Behind the Sheet.” Arts & Sciences’ Ron Himes, founder of The Black Rep and the Henry E. Hampton Artist in Residence, and Rebecca Messbarger, director of medical humanities, will co-host the event.

‘The Magic in His Hands’ exhibit

This exhibit presents selections from widely acclaimed novelist and philosopher Charles Johnson’s recently acquired papers, demonstrating Johnson’s many facets and showing how he often transcends their presupposed boundaries. The exhibit is on display through April 3 in Olin Library’s Julian Edison Department of Special Collections Reading Room.
