Who Knew WashU?

Question: WashU holds an annual holiday lights recycling drive. How many pounds of lights were diverted from landfills with the 2021-22 collection?

Answer: C) 1,234 pounds of lights were collected a year ago. The holiday lights drive, which has been held since 2011, is accepting old lights until Feb. 1.

Congrats to this week’s winner, staff member Kimberly Olivastro, who will receive an “I Knew WashU” luggage tag!
