Who Knew WashU?

Question: Many people have strong feelings about seasonal time changes, like when we had to “fall back” an hour Nov. 5. Circadian rhythm experts, including Erik Herzog in Arts & Sciences, argue we should stop switching clocks and instead stick with:

A) Permanent standard time.
B) Permanent daylight saving time.
C) Splitting the difference — move clocks back 30 minutes.
