Michalski elected radiation oncology co-chair of NCI steering committee

Jeff Michalski, MD, the Carlos Perez Distinguished Professor of Radiation Oncology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and a radiation oncologist at Siteman Cancer Center, has been elected radiation oncology co-chair of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Genitourinary Cancers Steering Committee. He will serve through July 2019.

The committee, which focuses on prostate, bladder and renal cancers, is one of 12 disease-specific committees that evaluate and prioritize clinical trials conducted through the National Clinical Trials Network (NCTN).
