Excellence in teaching

Stuart I. Greenbaum, Ph.D. (left), dean of the Olin School of Business and Bank of America Professor of Managerial Leadership, and Missouri Gov. Bob Holden (right) present Jackson Nickerson, Ph.D., associate professor of organization and strategy at the Olin School, with a 2003 Governor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching from the Missouri Department of Higher Education. The criteria used in the selection of a recipient for the prestigious award were effective teaching, innovation in course design and delivery, effective advising, service to the university community and commitment to high standards of excellence.
