John Gianoulakis (above, right), a member of the executive committee of the alumni association and chair of the Ring Design Committee, presents senior class President Raffi Nazarian with the University’s new signet ring at a recent unveiling ceremony in Holmes Lounge. This ring replaces the array of styles previously available. The new design (below) includes the University shield on its face and the founding year, 1853, on one side. The only optional information that can be added is on the other side, where graduates can choose either their graduation year or their school abbreviation.
