A memorial service for Virgil Loeb Jr., M.D., will be at 11 a.m. Dec. 11 in Graham Chapel. Loeb, professor emeritus of clinical medicine, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2004. He was 83.
Loeb was a hematologist and medical oncologist and former national president of the American Cancer Society. He also was a founding member of the community advisory board for the Siteman Cancer Center.
