Celebrating King’s legacy

Members of the University’s Black Anthology group perform during “One Woman’s Action … One Man’s Effort,” WUSTL’s 19th annual celebration honoring Martin Luther King Jr. Jan. 16 in Graham Chapel. The event included remarks by Chancellor Mark S. Wrighton; Margaret Bush Wilson, a prominent civil rights attorney in the 1960s and the first woman to chair the board of directors of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People; and several student leaders. The YMCA Boys Choir also performed.
