The Office of Human Resources has announced that free flu shots will again be available this year for active, benefits eligible, Danforth Campus faculty and staff only. A limited number of free flu shots will be offered on each day (400 on Oct. 5 and 300 on Oct. 6), and will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. The Visiting Nurse Association (http://vnastl.com/) will provide the vaccine and administer the shots.

12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
Unfortunately, not everyone can be accomodated so don’t respond unless you know for certain that you’ll be coming. Based on the number of previous year’s “no shows”, if you schedule an appointment and do not show this year, you will not be allowed to schedule an appointment next year. If your response is received after all reservations have been finalized, you will be notified by e-mail or letter. To receive a free shot, send an e-mail to BenefitsMail@aismail.wustl.edu with the following information:
Name
Employee ID (not social security number)
Campus box number
Phone number
Availability – choose one of the following:
– I can come to either location at any time
– I can come to Danforth at any time
– I can come to West Campus at any time
– I can come to the following location(s) at the following time(s):
(list every time/location combination in order of preference)
You will receive a colored card for your specific reservation through the campus mail prior to the date for your flu shot. You must present this reservation card in order to receive your flu shot. If you miss your reserved time period, you may return at 1 p.m. on that same day to receive your flu shot (based on nurse availability). No flu shots will be given without a reservation card.
