Tanya Wildes, MD, instructor in medicine, listens as YunZu M. Wang, a second-year medical student, explains her summer research project titled “Trends in utilization and donor attrition at the Singapore Bone Marrow Donor Programme” Oct. 27 at the Farrell Learning and Teaching Center at the School of Medicine. Wang conducted her research with the Dean’s Fellowship and the Forum on International Health and Tropical Medicine Fellowship. The poster presentation was part of the Fifth Annual Research Training Symposium and Poster Session showcasing basic, clinical and translational research projects by junior faculty, fellows, residents and training program students. At the symposium, five researchers made presentations about their research, and 111 researchers presented posters at the poster session.
