Weather: Washington University School of Medicine and Medical Center are open Wednesday, February 2

The Medical School remains open. Essential employees – as determined by supervisors – should work in order to maintain life safety, mission critical and patient care activities.

Supervisors may allow non-essential employees to use vacation time to remain at home during this weather emergency.

Garage parking for employees will return to normal on Thursday, February 3. Anyone who is already parked in a garage may exit free of charge by going through the attendant lane or pressing the intercom button and talking with Dispatch. Any questions may be referred to Theresa Horn, 362-0460.

Following are the revised hours for the School of Medicine cafeterias for Feb. 2:
McDonnell Sciences Shell Cafe will be open until 1:30 p.m.
FLTC Café, 4480 Café and 4444 Cafe are all closed.

The Barnes & Noble Bookstore and Café on the School of Medicine campus is open until 3 p.m.

The following cafeterias will remain open during normal operating hours:
Barnes-Jewish Hospital South cafeteria: 5:45 a.m.-1:30 a.m.
Barnes-Jewish Hospital North cafeteria: 6 a.m.-8 p.m.
St. Louis Children’s Hospital cafeteria: open 6 a.m.-2:30 a.m.
The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis: open until 1:30 p.m.
