Firms such as Capital One, Fingerhut, Tesco, Amazon and Harrah’s are reaping huge dividends from such analytics-driven marketing efforts. In this talk, Professor Seetharaman will discuss the nature of these developments, as well as how his own research on econometric models informs such developments.
