Luis H. Zayas, Ph.D., the Shanti K. Khinduka Distinguished Professor of Social Work and professor of psychiatry, speaks during the Diversity Council Faculty Recruitment Practices workshop Sept. 5 at the Women’s Building Formal Lounge. Approximately 30 WUSTL deans and faculty attended the workshop, which was designed to help those serving on faculty search committees enhance their skills identifying and recruiting diverse and excellent candidates.
