More than 515 guests were served during the event, at which 28 Knight Center staff members arrived at 4 a.m. to help prepare. The celebration was started 17 years ago at the encouragement of Stuart I. Greenbaum, PhD, former dean and the Bank of America Professor Emeritus of Managerial Leadership, as a potluck meal served by faculty and staff to students who were not able to make it home for the Thanksgiving holiday.
