Robert Wilson to share entrepreneurial expertise

Named Wells Fargo Advisors Visiting Lecturer in Entrepreneurship

Olin Business School and the Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies have named Robert E. Wilson III, JD, the Wells Fargo Advisors Visiting Lecturer in Entrepreneurship. Wilson is on campus April 5-16 and will return again in the fall.

He is the founding partner of Ouranos Venture Partners, a new venture capital fund based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Originally from St. Louis, Wilson’s career has taken him from head of New York City’s commercial real estate department to management positions at Citibank, where he was responsible for the bank’s global debt-to-equity swap program and private equity investing in Latin America.

He was a founding partner and Citibank liaison to the CVC/Opportunity Equity Partners fund in Brazil.

Wilson, the son of the late Margaret Bush Wilson, WUSTL trustee emerita, earned a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
