Campus Card Services will begin creating employee IDs June 19. Previously, the Office of Human Resources was responsible for providing employee IDs.

Employee IDs will not be created on Monday, June 18, as the university transitions these duties from Human Resources to Campus Card Services.

Beginning in late July, student and contractor/vendor IDs also will be produced by Campus Card Services, says Rachel Reinagel, manager of Campus Card Services.

Previously, the University Registrar produced student IDs, and Facilities produced contractor/vendor IDs.

Campus Card Services also will provide customer service for the Bear Bucks program. The Bear Bucks program is a cashless payment method that can be used to make purchases on- and off-campus through the WUSTL ID card.

Bear Bucks can be used at dining locations on four WUSTL campuses, the Campus Store, Bear Necessities, campus laundry and vending machines, printing stations, select student-run businesses, Edison Theatre, Student Union and Congress of the South 40 activities, and many off-campus locations.

For more information on the Bear Bucks program and a list of venues accepting Bear Bucks, visit card.wustl.edu.

Office hours for the Campus Card Services office are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. For more information, call the office at (314) 935-8800.
