The Southern Illinois University (SIU) Alumni Association will honor Viktor Gruev of the School of Engineering & Applied Science as the recipient of the 2016 SIU Distinguished Alumni Award for Young Alumni Achievement. He will be recognized April 29 at the SIU-Carbondale campus.
