Arts & Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis recognized six alumni during its 19th annual Arts & Sciences Distinguished Alumni Awards ceremony, held April 7 at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.
Barbara A. Schaal, dean of the faculty of Arts & Sciences and the Mary-Dell Chilton Distinguished Professor, hosted the awards dinner, which is held to recognize distinguished alumni for their achievements, leadership and support.
The school presented four Distinguished Alumni Awards, one Early Career Achievement Award and one Dean’s Medal.
The 2016 Arts & Sciences Distinguished Alumni Award recipients are: Reginald D. Dickson, BS ’78; Michael P. Pacin, AB ’65, MD ’69; Paul E. Pariser, AB ’76; Cho-Yee To, MA ’63; Early Career Achievement Award winner Andrew L. Solomon, AB ’95; and Dean’s Medalist Andrea J. Grant, AB ’71, JD ’74.
