Answer: B) third-largest. A collection comprising 28 titles in 74 volumes was donated to the university in 1880. The books were determined to have been part of Jefferson’s personal library and now can be found in University Libraries’ Special Collections. This week, the library put on permanent display a rare copy of the Declaration of Independence. Some of the Jefferson books are included in that exhibit.

Congrats to this week’s winner, Rosie Betz, who works at the School of Medicine and will receive an “I Knew WashU” luggage tag!
