Students, staff and faculty of Washington University in St. Louis are encouraged to sign up for Give Thanks Give Back, the annual holiday gift drive that supports the 100 Neediest Cases.
Groups may adopt a family at gtgb.wustl.edu. Gifts will be collected Oct. 28 through Nov. 8. There will be two wrapping parties: Nov. 2 and Nov. 9.
A joint project of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the United Way, the 100 Neediest Cases actually identifies more than 10,000 local families in need. Every year, WUSTL residential floors, departments, Greek organizations and other groups adopt 110 to 185 families.
