With the email of Wednesday, June 8, Washington University in St. Louis presents a redesigned Record, the official faculty and staff electronic publication of the university.
Changes include a redesign of the Record email that includes links to regular Record features such as Washington People, Obituaries and Sports.
It also includes redesigned features such as Notables, which highlights grants, awards, lectures, publications and other activities of faculty and staff, and In the Spotlight, which centers on faculty, staff and student news and achievements. Both are geared to highlight the people who work for or attend WUSTL.
In addition, the daily email will feature a “WUSTL In the News” section with direct links to stories about and from the university as they appear in national and local publications.
The email is in summer production and will be sent each Wednesday in June, July and most of August. Beginning Monday, Aug. 29, the Record email will resume Monday through Friday publication.
