Umrath Hall will close June 20 for a complete renovation of the interior of the building and a new roof and roofing structure. It is scheduled to reopen in June 2012.
Umrath Hall is located is the central part of the Danforth Campus, between Graham Chapel and the Danforth University Center. Departments and offices previously housed in Umrath Hall have been relocated.
Construction fencing will be erected and new public walkways will be constructed around the project site for pedestrian safety. Construction activity will take place 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday.
