Arts & Sciences student Epstein involved in human rights, fair labor programs

Jenna Epstein, an undergraduate in Arts & Sciences, was a delegate and speaker at the Northwestern University Community for Human Rights annual conference.

The theme of the conference, held Jan. 14-16, was “Human Rights in Business: A Movement Towards Corporate Consciousness.” Epstein spoke about her work on Washington University’s Trademark Licensing Program and social responsibility efforts.

She also is participating in this year’s Fair Labor Association (FLA)’s Student Engagement Program and recently traveled to Houston to attend and present at the FLA annual meeting for university affiliates and licensees.

Epstein, who is majoring in international and area studies and in French, plans to graduate in May.
